Our History

Jake White and his wife, Tammy, had a dream to provide local Bonnyville residents an alternative option to the high-priced OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) dealers in the area. A licensed mechanic by trade, Jake had been wrenching on sleds and quads for years – and it was this passion that led to the establishment of X Power and Performance.

A relocation to their current facilities south of Bonnyville led to the realization that X Power and Performance would have to expand even further into the powersports industry. With no serious options available in the “affordable” ATV market already developed in the area, the search for a quality product began. In January 2008, Jake’s search ended when he came upon an OEM brand that had been around since 1963, but was still in its infancy in Canada.
